back to main page Our 2001 trip to Maui It is nearing the end of the 2000-2001 winter in Alaska; time to get outside (local-speak for outside of Alaska) and get some sunlight and heat! We are up to 8 hours of sunlight each day (up from a low of 4 hours per day), but we can still use an infusion of sunlight to get rid of the winter blues. Stephanie's mom will be meeting us in Maui on March 31. This will be her first trip to Hawaii! She's always wanted to go but never really had the chance, so it should be a great experience for her!
